No. Harmon Heights does not offer roommate matching. However, we can offer individual room leases if you are providing your own roommate(s).

Rent is due on the first of each month. Rent is late after 5:00 PM on the 5th day of each month. If rent is late, there will be a $150.00 late charge applied on the 6th of the month. Rent checks may be deposited into the box labeled DROPBOX located outside the leasing office or you can bring the payment to the leasing office during business hours. The security deposit is used to cover tenant-related damages to the unit during your residency and turnover costs, i.e. professional cleaning or carpet cleaning, to prepare the unit for the next resident.
The best way to receive your deposit back is to return the unit in the condition received or better. This means the unit must be cleaned, carpets must be cleaned professionally, no tenant-related damages, no remaining balances due, and all issued keys or access cards are returned to the leasing office.
